SIC is an integrated system for capturing contact data during telephone calls, fields displayed on the screen are fully configurable based on the needs of your call center campaign, to provide the highest quality service.

It can be customized in applications, sales and collections. In the case of sales, information being captured can be divided from 1 to 7 user-configurable sections. Each section can contain different data fields, according to the needs of the campaign. This facilitates applications printing configuration, banking applications or any other kind.

Screen fields are configurable for each portfolio, so that required information can be displayed, fields to be captured for management purposes, previous negotiations and pay agreements, that is, the system automatically stores the information so that it can displayed later with another agent or in a second call.
