This year, on June 23, Nuxiba, along with its wide variety of groundbreaking platforms, joined one of the most important events in Mexico’s technologic communications industry.
Nuxiba debuted at the 2015 Avaya Evolutions forum –carried out in Centro Banamex, Mexico City– with a booth that offered gifts, friendly customer interactions, and fun. Even though this was the first time our company engaged in such stage, hundreds of attendees were keen to know about our line of contact center-oriented solutions and services and enter our raffle –which included smart TVs, DVDs, and iPods, in addition to many other prizes–.
Avaya Evolutions hosted a large number of participants in conjunction with CEOs, vice presidents, and managers involved in sectors from both the public and private domain, such as telecommunications, informatics, software development and engineering, robotics, and citizen assistance centers.
This annual meeting covering several topics that range from innovation to business and technology allows experts, lecturers, and end users to exchange points of view based on the different fields or branches in which they work.
Among our different products aimed at corporate control and growth, the main attraction was Reminder, a tool that broadcasts text or voice-based messages and surveys, deploys and records audio prompts, forwards recipients to a given telephone number or extension, and generates operation reports and statistics in real time, apart from other functionalities.
